Seasonal Office Staff - Independence, MO - Summer 2026

Midwest Pool Management

Job Description

We are looking for seasonal office staff. You will be responsible for supporting the Kansas City Division team in a variety of general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in front-line customer service role
Experience with Access, EXCEL, Google docs and Word
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with social media
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive and highly motivated
Highly organized while working in a high-volume environment
Available September, weekdays; 40 hours/week
Must have reliable transportation
18 years of age
