Business Banking Relationship ManagerPay Range: $83,964.00 - $111,959.00 This role may be filled in either Rochester, NY or Portland, ME. The successful candidate will support the market associated with their hired location. Candidates hired in Portland, ME will support the Maine market, while candidates hired in Rochester, NY will support the Rochester market.Provides holistic advice and solutions to business banking customers with an advanced level of independence. Source, develop, and deliver business related products/services for our existing & new business banking clients. Focus on the production of new loan, deposit, & cash management solutions with an emphasis on technology and delivering extraordinary client service/experiences.Education and Experience:4 year college degree or equivalent education and/or work experience5 years banking experience and/or business development experienceMinimum of 2 years direct business banking experienceSkills and Abilities:Must have the ability to perform responsibilities with an advanced level of independence. Strong business development skills. Strong communication (verbal & written) & presentation skills. Strong customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of Business Banking products/services - including loan, deposit, cash management, policies/procedures, industry trends, and technologies available to BB customers. In-depth credit skills. Broad knowledge of Consumer, Mortgage, Wealth, & Commercial related products/services.
