A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: What We Offer Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includesbase pay + bonuses (listed below) Monthly performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus depending on add-on repairs Annual bonus Paid training with a raise upon demonstration of ability to work independently No weekends, late nights, or evenings Paid holidays and minimum 10 days of paid time off (+ growth annually) Branded company vehicle Medical, cellphone and clothing stipends Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided What You’ll Do Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities.
