Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Owings Mills, MD. Thriveworks is a nationally‑operated mental health private practice group with locations in 48 states. Qualifications LCPC or LCMFT or LCSW‑C Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Maryland. Compensation Up to $112,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Requirements (What We Need) Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Interest in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character traits—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Enjoyment of teamwork and professional development.
