Host Hello! We are looking to expand our restaurant team! Part-Time available. ZOMO is a fast-paced Asian + American eatery with fun cocktails and a Secret Menu! We are a family-owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Downtown Englewood, with Grandma Chi running the kitchen. We love what we do and really go above and beyond to make our team happy! We are offering flexible schedules and consistent hours. Hosts average between $17-$20/hour , including tips you take home daily. Shifts available immediately! Responsibilities Greet incoming guests with a smile and eye contact. Escort guests to tables, present their menus, and announce their server’s name. Inform guests of any restaurant promotions, and provide a smooth handoff to their server. Answer incoming phone calls and maintain waitlist with accuracy and efficiency. Use visual cues to observe guests’ needs throughout their dining experience. Help dining room and bar staff by clearing tables or refilling drinks when needed. Manage and prepare reservations. Alert server of special accommodations such as high chairs for children, a wheelchair-accessible table, and more. Skills Excellent customer service. Professionalism. Problem Solving.
