As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and treating patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and enhance their quality of life.

Evaluate patient function through formal and informal testing to assess skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
Develop and implement goal-specific treatment regimes based on assessment data and patient tolerance
Submit and update written treatment plans as part of the coordinated care with physicians
Schedule treatment frequency and duration, coordinating with patients, families, and clinical support staff
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
Delegate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides as appropriate
Need 1 year experience in setting
Active Michigan PT License and American Heart Association BLS certification required
