We are located at the crosstreets of Markesheffel and Dublin (Determine Commute before applying)

Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)
Schedule: Full Time Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 paid after 45 days of employment
• $500 paid after 90 days of employment

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–36 months , supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Support a positive, respectful team culture
• Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation

Qualifications: 

• Experience working with toddlers (12–36 months required)
• Colorado Shines (PDIS Credential 3.0: Level 2 or higher
• CPR/1st Aid Qualified 
• EQIT Preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months 
• CDA, or Early Childhood coursework
• Strong understanding of licensing/ health & safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)

Requirements:

• Background check clearance (required)
• CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements
