Emergency Room Nurse

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations during night shifts. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions accurately and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge instructions.
• Document clinical information thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ or Compact state RN license.
• Possess a BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate experience working with all populations, including pediatric patients.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and flu vaccination.
• Be available for scheduled orientation on 08/18.
• Be able to work every other weekend and during winter and summer holidays.
