Insurance Defense / General Liability Defense Attorney

My client, a top law firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3 to 15 years of experience to join their Dallas litigation team. This position will focus on general liability/insurance defense, providing a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparatio Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motion Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitration Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carrier Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partner Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law schoo 3 – 15 years of experience in general liability and/or transportation liability defens Active license/ In good standing to practice la Strong analytical, research, and writing skill Excellent communication and advocacy skill Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is betwee n $130k-210k ba se.
