Hvac Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, outcome‑driven HVAC sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will generate new sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote our range of HVAC products and services. They will be expected to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Find and connect with contractors, builders, and property owners interested in HVAC services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Communicate with in‑house groups such as installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers. Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors to position our offerings effectively in the market. Lead generation and outreach directed toward the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
