As a Sales Associate, you’ll create exceptional buying experiences while building a strong and loyal customer base.

• Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
• Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
• Develop in-depth knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, features, and technology
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate with Sales Management to set and achieve performance goals
• Bring energy, accountability, and a winning attitude every day

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (closed Sundays)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
