What You Will Do

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging tours.
• Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that best fit them.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently close prospective residents on their next home.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.
• Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

What You Have

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience meeting sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other performance goals.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology.
• Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
