Job Duties Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders and related requisitions for North America Land and Latin America Responsible for managing customer relationships, receiving, and processing orders, providing proactive updates, and coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer requirements Serves as the primary liaison between customers, affiliates, field PSL personnel, sales teams, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure effective communication and on-time delivery May create invoices and shipping documentation and facilitate the movement of materials to support PSL operations Performs data inquiries to track order status and material availability, coordinates cross-center and vendor-supplied orders, and monitors shipments through delivery Works with the Law Department to ensure export compliance and maintains current knowledge of international material movement and shipping regulations Requires a High School Diploma or GED Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a plus World Class Benefits At Halliburton, we're committed to providing you and your family with a comprehensive and affordable benefits package - which means we offer support for your physical, emotional, financial and parental needs, both now and in the future.
