(Based on skills & experience), plus performance pay!Medical Insurance – We pay a portion for you and your family's insurance premiums for health, dental, visionWork life balance – We offer PTO and a floating PTO day per year401k Plan with a 4% matchA company truck and gas card!New technology, including iPhone, iPad & access to integrated ServiceTitan softwarePAID TRAINING – Nexstar, leadership, and technical training in-house & travelTeam Building events (Baseball games, Bowling, breakfasts, etc.)We are consistently growing and so are the opportunities for advancementTake pride in working for a company that makes a difference in the community and always does right by the customerWhat You'll DoInstall, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systemsPerform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairsInstall and connect HVAC components, such as compressors, motors, ducts, and pipesTest HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiencyFollow safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systemsProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsRequirements of our next HVAC Installation TechnicianYou have an EPA Universal Certification (required), and an Oil Burner or plumbing license is a plus!A minimum of 3 years in the field as a LEAD installer of HVAC equipmentPrevious experience in HVAC installationExperience working on boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC's, & duct workStrong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of electrical systems and wiring in relation to HVAC installationsExperience using a CRM System, ServiceTitan is a plus!Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditionsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver)Able to successfully pass preemployment checksNote: Appliance repair, welding, refrigeration, and school hours are not directly relevant to the duties or requirements of an HVAC Installer.
