Salesforce CRM Analyst

Our client is seeking a Salesforce CRM professional to improve data quality and build scalable CRM governance processes. This is a strategic, hands-on contract role focused on analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and creating long-term governance-not day-to-day Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Salesforce CRM data governance processes and documentation.
• Analyze large data sets using Salesforce and SQL to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Resolve duplicate accounts, standardize account data, improve territory alignment, and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements to prevent future data issues.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and CRM teams to implement best practices.
• Support data enrichment initiatives and help establish long-term governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and data analysis.
• SQL experience and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Background in CRM Operations, Salesforce Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Governance.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and recommend strategic process improvements.
