This role is responsible for leading the service delivery functions and technical teams involved with the planning, setup, configuration, and administration of identity management and workplace endpoint security solutions.What you’ll do:You will work closely with related teams on Microsoft Security and Identity Management implementation projects, which would include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policy design, administration, and user training. This will require a technical understanding of cloud security solutions including M365 Defender, Defender for cloud, and Sentinel.You will work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams, in accordance with contract SLAsYou will mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team, and provide guidance on their technical skills, as well as the soft skills required for their successYou will function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clientsYou will have a hunger for learning, and take advantage of the opportunities to pursue relevant certifications and training for Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity ManagementYou will serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert for Softchoice, supporting other individuals and teams at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements that specifically require your technical expertiseYou will be a role model for our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result.You will have the opportunity to work in a highly visible customer-facing role.You will have the chance to use your technology expertise, supporting a detailed, actionable Statement of Work with our architects, engineers, and project managers.You will do this by staying on top of new trends and technology updatesYou will also continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills along the wayWhat you’ll bring to the table:A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solutionA problem solver with the capability to uncover & address the root cause of an issueA proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers firstPassion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CXComputer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time5+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 7 + years of related industry experience.Updated Certifications and training to include; Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate, and Security Administrator AssociateCompensation:A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Texas & Chicago is $116,800 to $146,000 annually + 14% as target incentives.A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Florida & Denver is $110,960 to $138,700 annually + 14% as target incentives.Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
