OW HIRING: Systems Analysts (2 Openings)

$24-$25/HR | Temporary Assignment (Approx. 2 Months)

A well-established nonprofit organization in the Mercer County area is seeking two detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Analysts to assist with a special database cleanup and contact verification project.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CRM/database management experience who enjoy research, data accuracy, and working within integrated marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean up and audit approximately 500 contacts within the AMS/CRM system
• Verify employment status, titles, and company information for existing contacts
• Conduct LinkedIn and online research to confirm and update records
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of contact data within the database
• Assist with maintaining organized and reliable CRM records

Ideal Experience:
• Experience with ClickDimensions strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Protech database management is a plus
• Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments preferred
• Strong internet and LinkedIn research skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Monday-Friday schedule
