Medical Laboratory Technician Full-Time Night w/ Differential $ 3x12's

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will perform laboratory tests, analyze results, and collaborate with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
Certification (ASCP or AMT) preferred.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Analyze test results and report findings to medical professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper lab safety standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate results.
