Construction SuperintendentWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel while ensuring safety and compliance with project plans.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.Monitor project schedules and help keep work on track.Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.Conduct site walks and address construction issues as they arise.Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, and field teams.Ensure work is completed in compliance with project plans and specifications.Essential SkillsExperience supervising construction projects in the field.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.OSHA 10 Certification (required).Additional Skills & QualificationsReliable transportation and ability to work on-site.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily on-site for five days a week, involving active coordination and supervision of construction activities. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional standard in construction management.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
