Assist executors and trustees with probate processes and tax filings. Prepare Federal estate and gift tax returns. Advise on minimizing estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer taxes. Represent clients in probate court proceedings. Stay current with changes in estate planning and tax laws. Maintain long‑term client relationships and provide ongoing advice. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 5+ years of estate planning law experience. Licensed to practice law in Ohio; Florida preferred. Proficiency with estate planning software. Excellent legal writing and analysis skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and client‑focused approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Masters of Laws (LLM) in Taxation preferred. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio; Florida preferred.
