Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Float to designated coverage areas as needed within the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Connecticut
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or inpatient therapy setting
• Comfort working in a float or multi-unit coverage capacity
