Float Requirements: Yes

IMC RN s may float to another IMC level of care unit within MMC. IMC RN s will float to med/surg as needed. Med/surg RN s may float to another med/surg unit with similar level of care. Floating is based on unit need and skill as well as the needs of nursing units.
