Requirements:

• 2 years ED experience required (1.5 years may be considered)
• Level II Trauma required
• Level I Trauma strongly preferred
• First-time travelers accepted, but prior travel experience is strongly preferred
• Candidates with 2+ years of Level I Trauma experience may be considered even without travel experience.
• No local candidates (must live more than 100 miles away)
• New Mexico RN license may be pending at submission
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• NIHSS (Can take after offer)
  
  
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• 53 treatment rooms
• 68 beds
• 170–200 patient census
• Approximately 175 visits per day
