Participates in professional development and lifelong learning.* Performs patient assessment and evaluation regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.* Assists in developing and updating the plan of care regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.* Implements plan of care regarding the patient's age and developmental needs.* Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED* No Experience* No Supervisor Experience* LPN – IV Certification**Preferred Qualifications*** < 2 Years’ Experience**Work Shift**Day Shift (United States of America)**Legal Statement**The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position.
