Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hands‑on experience performing Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Varithena, Venaseal, or other minimally invasive vein procedures? We're seeking an experienced provider to join a rapidly expanding outpatient vein practice with 8 locations throughout the Phoenix Valley and 20,000+ successful procedures performed.
