Senior Vice President, Marketing

Launched in early 2020, Teremana Tequila is a premium, small‑batch brand founded by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Teremana is entering its next phase. We need a Senior Vice President, Marketing to lead what comes next. This leader will build a premium, culturally relevant global brand that earns attention rather than buys it, grounded in our ethos of Mana. They will oversee brand, content, social, PR, experiential, partnerships, and the performance engine underneath it all. What You’ll Lead Brand Vision & Cultural Leadership: Define and evolve the brand platform and protect the Teremana voice and identity. Experiential Marketing & Brand Activation: Lead national activations, events, and partnerships that drive trial and depletions. Brand to Bottle: Connect brand storytelling to retail execution and commercial performance. Modern Discovery & AdTech: Ensure presence across modern discovery platforms and build a high‑performing media ecosystem. Growth Strategy & Innovation: Shape long‑term growth, portfolio expansion, and innovation strategy. Leadership & Organization: Build and lead a world‑class marketing organization. Proven ability to scale consumer brands while maintaining cultural relevance. Deep experiential chops: sponsorships, festivals, hospitality, the works. At consumer scale, with commercial outcomes you can name. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level.
