Environmental Services Team Member

Elm Crest is seeking a dependable team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents and visitors. This part-time weekend opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating tidy, well-kept spaces and enjoys working in a senior living setting.

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Availability required on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Position Overview

As part of our Environmental Services team, you will help support the cleanliness and appearance of resident living areas and shared community spaces. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive experience for residents, families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms and common areas
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to community standards
• Follow established sanitation and safety procedures
• Assist with routine housekeeping duties as directed by the Environmental Services leadership team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and a strong attention to detail
