responsibilities:

• Execute in vivo pharmacology studies in support of obesity and cardiovascular disease research programs.
• Perform rodent handling, dosing, and experimental procedures in a modern vivarium setting.
• Conduct tissue collection, downstream processing, and experimental data organization using standard scientific software.
• Maintain rigorous experimental documentation following established laboratory and animal care safety procedures.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to support drug discovery objectives.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo studies, rodent handling, and animal research procedures.
• Strong technical laboratory capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Prior pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or vivarium experience.
• Background supporting metabolic or cardiovascular disease therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with scientific data analysis tools like GraphPad Prism.
