Principal AI Product Manager

Driving the AI product strategy, the full-time Principal AI Product Manager will lead initiatives to modernize healthcare staffing through AI solutions, ensuring alignment across teams and translating technical capabilities into business impact in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Set the strategic direction for the AI portfolio and drive alignment with senior leadership on the roadmap Own the AI product strategy across multiple initiatives, ensuring coherence and prioritization of high-value opportunities Establish metrics for success at the portfolio level, focusing on enterprise ROI and ethical AI practices Required qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI/ML or intelligent automation initiatives Experience in securing executive buy-in for major technology investments and setting strategic direction Deep familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and the ability to discern valuable applications from hype Proven ability to mentor product managers and lead technical teams Exceptional executive communication skills to influence stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
