Engagement Type Contract Required Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar. 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps). Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP/GCC High). Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, ServiceNow integrations, and release cycles. Desired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Work Location & Contract Requirements On‑site only: SOCC, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Work performed within a FedRAMP‑regulated ServiceNow instance. Position supports ongoing enterprise initiatives, including release management, platform stability, ServiceNow integrations, and customer agency needs (as reflected in previous platform work and integrations). Required/Desired Skills Skills : Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
