E-Billing Manager

E-Billing Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to join their team. This position is hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Billing Specialists
- Review e-bill submissions
- Monitor compliance with rate agreements and guidelines
- Provide reporting for budgets, fee arrangements, and accrual requests
- Manage client relationships
- Review monthly reports to identify overdue billing or collections
- Work with clients and the Collections Department to resolve any payment issues
- Review time entries based on client and matter requirements
- Contact new clients to discuss billing procedures and agreements
- Coordinate with partners regarding client agreements and billing procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 7+ years of legal billing experience including Elite and Elite 3E
- Strong technical skills including Word, Excel, and other software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Great problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $127,500 per year depending on relevant experience, education, and other job-related factors.
