What You’ll Do as a Front of House Team Member , you help create the welcoming experience Chick-fil-A is known for. Every interaction is an opportunity to serve others well. Your role includes: Greeting guests warmly and making them feel genuinely welcome Serving guests with enthusiasm and responding with a sincere “My Pleasure” Providing attentive, proactive service throughout each guest interaction Working with urgency while maintaining a positive attitude Supporting your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly Communicating clearly with guests and fellow team members Taking initiative to help wherever needed Maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards for service, hospitality, and cleanliness What We’re Looking For Our strongest team members share several common qualities: A servant-hearted attitude toward guests and teammates A positive and respectful approach to working with others Reliability and punctuality (we believe on time is 5 minutes early ) A strong sense of responsibility to your team and scheduled shifts The ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment A willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods A commitment to doing things with excellence, even in the small details For high school team members: the ability to balance school responsibilities while honoring scheduled work commitments Because every team member plays an important role in serving our guests, we depend on one another to be present, prepared, and ready to contribute each scheduled shift. Scheduling & Availability To help us serve our guests well, team members should be able to: Full Time opening shifts beginning at 6:00 AM or closing shifts ending around 11:00 PM Part Time openings are based on your availability and the needs to serve guests well. Working Saturdays is needed for full and part time positions (our restaurant is closed on Sundays) Maintain reliable transportation Work both indoors and outdoors, including drive-thru positions in varying weather conditions Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Chick-fil-A?
