Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment
• Collaborate with medication aides to administer medications
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and transfers
• Monitor patient health and document observations in the electronic medical record (PCC)
• Participate in individualized orientation based on site requirements

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS Certification
• BSN required
• Experience in long-term care preferred
