Marimn Health is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. The role involves a mix of marketing, communications, public relations, and project management tasks, requiring a candidate who is organized, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team. Responsibilities Work at the direction of the Marketing Manager to deliver consistent, positive messaging and promote Marimn Health facilities, services, programs, and providers. Manage day‑to‑day marketing efforts and collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns. Maintain brand integrity, including consistent logo usage across all MH marketing materials, swag, and social media. Maintain and update website and social media outlets consistently for accurate, high‑quality content. Assist in developing and reviewing internal and external communications such as flyers and community event notices. Write content for blog posts, marketing emails, brochures, website pages, and other materials. Assist with event planning and coordination. Create social media creative and written content for public business pages, including filming/creating videos, taking photos, and writing posts. Coordinate with Marimn Health team and external partners to ensure timely promotion of new products, services, providers, and special events. Facilitate work with outside vendors/contractors providing marketing services. Stay up‑to‑date with current marketing techniques, new technologies, and analytics data to inform best practices. Stay apprised of health information privacy laws and their impact on healthcare marketing practices. Perform other duties that may be necessary in the best interest of the organization. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, or at least two years of experience in a marketing, communications, event planning, media, or public relations role. Experience in the healthcare field is beneficial. Must have excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively through the written word. Proficient in creating content for public social media business pages. Knowledge of marketing principles, digital media, and email campaigns is required. Advanced PC skills are required (proficient using Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet). Basic graphic design knowledge is preferred, with experience in the Adobe Creative Suite desired, or a demonstrated desire to learn. Familiarity with print and digital production is also desired. Experience with Facebook Business Suite Tools, Google Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WordPress is desired, or a demonstrated desire to learn. Ada Essential Functions Hearing within normal limits with or without corrective devices. Vision adequate to read 12‑point type with or without corrective lenses. Ability to verbally interact with staff, clients, and the public. Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing and computer input. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
