Manager, Reimbursement, Healthcare Economics & Market Access

MCRA, an IQVIA business, seeks a Manager to lead reimbursement strategy and market access consulting engagements for medical device clients. The role involves advising on coverage, coding, and payment pathways, managing client projects, and developing junior staff within the healthcare advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement research and consulting engagements on coverage, coding, payment, and market access
• Conduct Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policy research, coding analysis, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, providers, payers, and stakeholders
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and quality of client deliverables with limited senior oversight
• Lead business development activities including proposal development and prospective-client discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health policy, economics, public health, life sciences, business, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in reimbursement, market access, health policy, or healthcare consulting
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. coverage, coding, payment, and policy systems for medical technologies
• Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, and deliverable quality in consulting
• Strong analytical, research, and strategic-thinking skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead and develop junior staff and work across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Compensation: $95,700-$239,200 base
