Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Bank of America Responsibilities Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within the specified timeframes (SIE within 30 days of hire, Series 7 and 66 within 120 days). Attend Academy training and coaching from Academy managers. Build and manage client relationships, including small business owners and higher net worth clients. Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and recommend appropriate investment and banking solutions. Deliver comprehensive advice, client reviews and presentations to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements and background checks for residential loan mortgage originations. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (minimum). Must obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. Desired: Holds FINRA SIE, Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services experience. Desired skills: Client experience, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, business acumen, executive presence, oral communications, risk management, trading.
