Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to client's individual needs. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Case Management of ABA therapy services, with a compensation range from $25 to $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting BCBAs by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments and conducting parent consultation sessions. Your responsibilities include assisting with case oversight, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and ensuring accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions. You'll collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care while employing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll inspire staff to engage with and learn more about behavior analysis, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Qualifications :

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Uber, Lyft or other ride sharing as transportation is not permitted - must be able to transport self to and from work)
  • Master's Degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program ( minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program )
  • Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results
  • Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred

In person/Hybrid-Clinician

  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.
  • Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.
  • Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.
  • Occasionally, lift, carry, push, pull, or move therapy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Sit for extended periods while providing telehealth services or completing computer-based work as needed.
  • Use hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, mobile devices, and other equipment requiring fine motor coordination.
  • Maintain visual and auditory awareness to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Read, understand, retain, and apply written and verbal information.
  • Maintain attention, concentration, situational awareness, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
  • Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.

Telehealth Clinician- Cognitive and Physical Abilities

  • Sit for prolonged periods while providing services or performing computer-based work.
  • Use hands and fingers for repetitive keyboarding, mouse use, and operation of computer equipment.
  • Maintain visual acuity to observe individuals and read information on a computer screen.
  • Maintain sufficient hearing and speech abilities to effectively communicate during virtual interactions.
  • Occasionally stand, stretch, or reposition throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally lift, carry, or move standard office equipment or supplies, typically up to 20 pounds.
  • Read, understand, and process written and verbal information.
  • Sustain attention and concentration during virtual interactions.
  • Maintain situational awareness while monitoring individuals through video technology.
  • Exercise judgment and make timely decisions based on observed information.
  • Retain and apply information accurately.
  • Communicate effectively using verbal and written communication.
  • Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.

Administrative Cognitive and Physical Abilities

  • Sit for prolonged periods while performing computer-based work.
  • Use hands and fingers for repetitive keyboarding, mouse use, writing, and other fine motor tasks.
  • Reach, grasp, handle, and manipulate work equipment and documents as needed
  • Lift, carry, or move office materials and supplies, typically up to 20 pounds.
  • Maintain visual acuity to read computer screens, printed materials, and electronic documents.
  • Maintain sufficient hearing and speech abilities to communicate in person, by telephone, and through virtual platforms.
  • Read, understand, and process written and verbal information.
  • Maintain attention, concentration, and situational awareness for extended periods.
    • Maintain attention, accuracy, and organization while managing multiple tasks, deadlines, systems, and communications.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
