Minimum Qualifications: MN Physical Therapist License Basic Life Support (BLS) within one yr of hire.t least One (1) year of experience in a health-related field technical knowledge in electronic medical records, preferably Epic Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) yr. of experience.
