Salary Range: $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Do

We're seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead commercial electrical projects and field crews throughout South Carolina. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day job site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities include:

\n
• Leading and directing electrical crews on commercial job sites
\n
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and project plans
\n
• Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment needs
\n
• Establishing and tracking project benchmarks and schedules
\n
• Communicating project progress, challenges, and resource needs with project management
\n
• Supporting inspections and maintaining compliance requirements
\n
• Promoting a strong safety culture and positive team environment
\n
• Ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Commercial electrical installation experience
\n
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
\n
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, crews, and project priorities
\n
• Experience with inspections and working with inspectors is a plus
\n
• Trade certifications are beneficial but not required
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n

Physical Requirements

\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
\n
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, crawl, and work in active construction environments
\n

Additional Requirements

\n
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
\n
