Compliance Manager

Implement existing AL Group Policies and develop and draft new controls and procedures Identify, monitor and understand legal regulatory requirements and frameworks affecting business operations Evaluate effectiveness of internal compliance controls and identify and address deficiencies in processes Assist with drafting and filing required reports and compliance certifications Communicate with regulators Support local management in reviewing internal audit results and regulatory investigations Address related compliance questions Train management and employees on internal compliance policies and requirements Requirements A bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or Certification/Registration 5-7 years of experience in compliance or related field Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Good organization and time management skills Knowledge and understanding of compliance best practices Experience working within compliance in a global organization is preferred Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong leadership and communication skills Candidates who reside in the US or have an established presence in the area are currently prioritized Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in compliance management, including the implementation of policies, evaluation of internal controls, and communication with regulators. Proficient in training and supporting management and employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
