Bilingual On-Site Staffing Consultant

PrideStaff is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven and highly organized Bilingual On-Site Staffing Consultant to support one of our key client partners while playing an active role in recruiting, onboarding and workforce management.

In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the face of PrideStaff at a large customer location, building strong partnerships with client leadership and supporting associates throughout their employment journey. You'll also collaborate with our branch team to recruit top talent, fill critical positions and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

Serve as the On-Site Workforce Partner

As the primary PrideStaff representative at our client's location, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with supervisors, managers and associates
• Conduct attendance tracking, employee check-ins, coaching and engagement activities
• Support workforce planning and help anticipate staffing needs
• Promote associate retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Address attendance, performance and safety concerns in partnership with branch leadership
• Ensure a positive experience for both client partners and employees

Support Recruiting & Staffing Operations

Working closely with the branch team, you will:

• Recruit, interview and onboard qualified candidates
• Source talent through job boards, referrals, networking and outbound recruiting efforts
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
• Assist with customer service and account management activities
• Support payroll processing, compliance requirements and administrative functions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within staffing systems
• Help fill urgent staffing requests while supporting overall branch growth initiatives

What You Bring

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• A professional, dependable and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working independently while also collaborating with a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
