About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a high-performing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring CNC machines and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

What You’ll Do

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities and lead a team of technicians to support production excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Assign tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure safe, efficient operations
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment histories
• Partner with external vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance reliability and reduce costs
• Communicate effectively across departments to support production goals
• Work with aerial lifts and support facility maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or technical field
• Apprenticeship, vocational training, or certifications
• Prior experience in maintenance leadership or manufacturing management
• Prior experience working on/with CNC machines

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing shop environment with moderate noise and exposure to machinery
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50+ lbs occasionally)
• Exposure to oils, fluids, dust, and machining processes
• Ability to work at heights and operate man lifts
