Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth and timely shipment process flow, accurate and timely data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, providing proactive and clear communication, ensuring accurate and timely client billing, understanding customer expectations, ensuring compliance, completing cross training, and professionally representing Expeditors.

Expectations include continually identifying areas to improve efficiency, embracing and adopting technology, achieving training standards, driving and developing customer relationships, and having a sense of urgency.

Qualifications include proficiency with software applications, typing skills, ability to identify improvement opportunities, DG Certification, adaptability, compliance certifications, understanding of export compliance, general airline/logistics knowledge, technical skills, and business skills.
