This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Develop and execute a social media strategy across all major platforms* •Create and publish engaging content daily — posts, stories, short-form video* •Monitor trends and conversations in the career and HR tech space* •Track social metrics and report on growth, engagement, and attribution## Requirements* •2+ years of social media management experience* •Strong content creation skills across text, image, and video formats* •Understanding of social algorithms and best practices per platform* •Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similarfor details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
