You’ll get to:* Responsible for driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial and project management activities across the organization.* Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.* Lead and manage financial and operational aspects of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.* Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.* Track and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.* Prepare and deliver financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with projects.* Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other departments to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.* Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.* Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of controls.* Implement and enhance project control processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).* Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams on financial and project management best practices.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project and operational performance.* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
