Details 28-bed OR Surgery unit 1:1 patient ratios Procedures include Orthopedics, GYN, General, Urology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Plastics, Dental, Eyes, Pediatrics, Spine, Neuro, Trauma, TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci cases Uses DaVinci Robotics (SI, XI, and Mako) equipment EMR system is Meditech / CPN Shift runs 2:30PM to 1:00AM On-call requirements include one late night per week, one 8-hour Saturday shift every 4th week, and one 8-hour call shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday 30-minute response time required for on-call Requirements Active KS or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN hospital experience required BLS and ACLS certification required Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred Ortho, neurology, and vascular experience highly preferred Prior Meditech experience preferred No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required Additional Information Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting a wide range of specialties Strong communication with staff and providers is essential to success in this role Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this assignment First-time travelers may be considered for this role American Traveler Job ID P-744868.
