The SLP develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and delivers evidence-based services that support patient independence, safety, and optimal functional outcomes.QUALIFICATIONSA graduate of a Master's or Doctorate program in Speech-Language Pathology(SLP), and is licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State of Texas.Possesses and maintains American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.Minimum of one (1) years' clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in a Home Health, preferred.Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.Access to reliable transportation
