Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Must be flexible; no blocked schedules or scheduling requests
Call: Possible weekend call rotation
Float: Required to attached LTACH and nearby 8-chair nursing home as needed
Requirements: ACLS, PD, CRRT, SLED, Epic, Prismaflex
Machines: Fresenius T
