Base pay range $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr Payrate: $ 55.00 - $ 60.00/hr. Responsibilities Write, edit, test and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy. Write, edit, test and improve content to enable Generative AI. Apply, maintain, and evangelize content standards and best practices. Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Legal, Communications, Engineering, and other stakeholders to explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from the United States (or equivalent university degree from another country) in English or another relevant field. 2+ years working in a technical writing or content strategy role. 6+ months experience working in content writing for Generative AI. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and track record of editorial judgment around complex and sensitive topics to manage large content sets that enable Generative AI. Demonstrated ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and/or mobile apps. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Experience with content management systems (CMS). Experience with content analytics tools. Experience with project management tools. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $ 55.00 - $ 60.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
