Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Chasing Your Dreams ABA – North Carolina

Chasing Your Dreams ABA is currently hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. We are a BCBA-owned company focused on quality care, collaboration, and supporting both our learners and staff.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA

Collect accurate session data

Use positive reinforcement and behavior intervention strategies

Assist learners with communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development

Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

High school diploma required

Experience working with children preferred

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass background checks

Strong communication and teamwork skills
